Finnair Business Services ranked among Estonia’s most attractive employers
Finnair Business Services has been recognised among Estonia’s most attractive employers in Instar’s Attractive Employer Survey 2026.
The recognition was announced at the Attractive Employers Day event organised by Instar and the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Tallinn on 3 September. Based on the survey results, FBS ranked 10th among vocational school students in Estonia.
The annual survey, conducted from March to May, gathered the views of nearly 4,000 students, vocational school learners and experienced professionals from various fields, including business, information technology, engineering, logistics and the humanities. The survey has been carried out since 2010 and is one of Estonia’s best-known employer reputation studies.
For FBS, this recognition reflects the continuous work that has been done to connect with young talent and increase awareness of FBS as an employer.
"Being recognised among more than 300 companies is a meaningful achievement for us. It reflects the continuous work we have done to connect with young talent and build awareness of FBS as an employer," said Elina Savi, manager of People Services and Development. She also thanked everyone who has recognised FBS as an attractive employer and highlighted the important contribution of employees across the company in helping make FBS a great place to learn, grow and build a career.
