At the Coupa Inspire 2025 conference in Las Vegas, Finnair was proudly represented by our Source to Pay team lead, Helen Kornel, who delivered an insightful session on our journey toward smarter, more automated finance processes.
She spoke to an engaged audience about how Finnair achieved an impressive 65% AP touchless rate — meaning that 65% of our accounts payable invoices are processed automatically without manual work. This milestone was made possible by the Coupa platform’s flexibility and our finance team’s dedication.
Helen spoke about the importance of simplifying invoice processes and highlighted how clear, efficient systems can lead to better results. She shared how Finnair has embraced a simpler, smarter approach to invoice handling — not by adding more steps, but by questioning old habits and focusing on what truly adds value.
