FBS has been awarded the silver level in the Family-Friendly Employer Label Program

We’re proud to share that Finnair Business Services has been awarded the silver level in Estonia’s Family-Friendly Employer Label Program, led by the Ministry of Social Affairs and co-funded by the European Social Fund.

This recognition highlights our commitment to employee well-being, inclusive leadership, and a culture that supports work-life balance. The program itself is built around a structured process that includes self-assessment, mentoring, and practical tools to help organizations strengthen their internal culture. It evaluates real practices (not just promises), and the silver level reflects the strength and sustainability of what we already do.

Elina Savi (Manager of People Services and Development) described that the participation in the program gave us a valuable opportunity to analyze our organizational culture and employee-friendly practices. The program also helped us receive meaningful feedback on what we’re already doing well and what we can further develop.

“It was inspiring to see the approaches and practices of other organizations, too. We’re very happy with the silver level recognition – it confirms that we’re moving in the right direction, providing support to our people at different stages of life,” said Elina Savi, manager of People Services and Development.

We’re proud to be part of this movement and even prouder that our efforts have been acknowledged at such a high level. This achievement belongs to all of us: every team member who contributes to our culture, every leader who listens and supports, and to every initiative that puts people first.
