FBS Ambassador Program has officially launched!
Our very first Ambassador Program at Finnair Business Services in Estonia is now live! After months of planning, thinking, and shaping the idea, we now have a group of 15 colleagues who have stepped up to represent and support our culture, our people, and the everyday stories behind FBS.
The ambassadors come from different teams: Business Services, Finance, Business Control, HR and Digital, which makes the group wonderfully varied.
„Our ambassadors bring together colleagues from across FBS… each with different experiences and strengths. This diverse mix is exactly what we need to build a truly powerful program,” said Elina Savi, Manager of People Services and Development, who’s also a part of the program.
Throughout the year, the ambassadors will take part in trainings, share their experiences, and help show what life at FBS really looks like. The goal is simple: to make our people and our work more visible and to build even stronger pride in who we are.
Jevgenia, one of our ambassadors said that she wanted to join the ambassador program to help promote FBS among younger people. „It’s often surprising to others when I mention that Finnair has an office in Tartu, which shows there’s still a lack of awareness about the opportunities available. I’d love for more students to learn about our internships and career paths,“ she described. Jevgenia added, that at the same time, this program offers a great opportunity for her to develop her personal brand as a strong and engaging professional, while also building new skills.
This is the beginning of something new for us. We're bringing more voices forward, highlighting the people behind our work, and to strengthening our culture one story at a time.
