Welcoming the next generation to the office
At the end of October, Finnair Business Services (FBS) welcomed employees’ youth to explore career possibilities. The event gave them a firsthand look at our work and the opportunities FBS offers. Since students were on school break, it was an excellent chance for them to see what working at FBS is like and start thinking about their futures.
The Career Day started with an office tour, where the students could see our workspaces and get a feel for how we work together. After the tour, they listened to short presentations from different teams within FBS. Teams from areas such as finance, HR, digital content, IT and more introduced their fields, discussed career paths, and shared the skills needed for these roles.
The students were actively participating in discussions and asking questions. Seeing their curiosity and excitement was great as they got a glimpse of the professional world and their parents’ workplace.
The day was filled with inspiration for their future career journeys. Thank you to everyone who helped make this day special for our young guests!
